Aim small, Miss small. This driver packs a punch. 112mph SS, D6SW, 44.75†VA Composites Nemesys 55 shaft is a total game changer. I’ve consistently hit more fairways and 300yard drives with this driver than any other driver……EVER! #THE DARK HORSE OF DISTANCE
This Driver reminds me of what I used 25 years ago. This club is solid off a tee but with much less distance than my Stealth Plus but very accurate. Very easy to hit off the Fairway but I’m not sure it’s a club I could keep in my bag. Great club to use if you want to combine Driver and 3 wood in one club.
If you think you need this club just get lessons to hit your driver and woods better. If I’m hitting this club well I’m hitting my driver even better. It’s a smaller head driver which doesn’t help.
Wanted a club that would carry 230-235 with a flatter trajectory for total yardage of 250 that could be used off a tee or off the deck the mini driver is perfect. Lowered from 13.5 to 12.75 could not be happier… thanks TM!
Love the size and shape of the head. Great distance and better control with the shorter shaft. Not a fan of the bigger heads on regular drivers either. Would like a stiff shaft over the regular but I’m left handed and that was all that was available.
This is an excellent extra 3 wood or light driver! Bought this club to use for long par 3s and get better length from the fairway. I have been really impressed with this club. It has been easy to hit of the fairway just like a regular 3 wood but extra 10 yds for me.
Fairway finder! Picked up a 13.5 head and play it down at 12 degrees and at 45 inches, thing is a rocket launcher off the tee and my anti left club. Love it!
Easy to hit. Goes right between my driver and 3 wood. Accuracy is great and looks amazing. Took only one day at driving range to get used to. TaylorMade did a great job with this one
More control and more power! Hits as long if not further than my driver on a consistent basis and much straighter. I feel much more confident standing over the club than my driver
Not able to return! Apparently this particular reissue was not eligible for return at time of purchase. That’s my fault for not noticing. I’m still not sure why either. Very disappointing considering how much money I’ve spent with TaylorMade. Enough said… This club was very close faced ever after opening up the loft adjustment.
