We’ve all experienced them. Moments on the course where a not-so-good swing delivers a great result. Meant to do that 🤥… This is exactly why we built Stealth 2 with a new carbon reinforced composite ring and more carbon than any driver in TaylorMade history. To provide all the Fargiveness you can handle and give you more of those moments.
We get it, this is a new word in the golfing vernacular, and Fargiveness can mean lots of things to lots of golfers. So, we’ve compiled a not so official field guide of definitions to help explain it.
Fargiveness
[ far-giv-nis ] fɑːrɡivnəs
Noun
1 The state of repeatedly hitting one’s tee shots farther and straighter than one should reasonably expect given factors like athleticism, talent, amount of time spent practicing and sobriety.
2 When your heel strikes produce a power fade that ends up the longest drive in the group. You turn to your friends and say, “Didn’t even catch all of that one.” But this time, you’re telling the truth.
3 When you catch one off the toe and your friends marvel at your ability to hit the high draw. You tip your cap, knowing damn well you didn’t mean to do it.
4 When there’s a forced carry off the tee, and you catch one high on the face. You start yelling “Go, go, go!” But the ball clears the trouble by 30 yards, and you smile sheepishly at your playing partners.

5 The ball is in the air, and you scream at it: “Grow legs!” Then it turns into a centipede.
6 The subtle act of keeping it to yourself as you’re the last to hit your approach shot —and you know deep down you caught it off the toe.
7 The circumstance of encountering a dogleg left par 5 with trees protecting the corner. You make contact low on the face but look up to see your ball soaring above the treetops.
8 Missing the middle of the club face but driving the ball down the middle of the fairway.

9 When off-center strikes find center cut.
10 A state of golf, in which one is allowed to swing freely, knowing the fairway will be found.
11 A moment in which, “I didn’t even catch all of that one,” becomes a statement of fact.
