Bought these last year (set consisting of AW-5i) and have been very happy with them. Since then I have played probably 200 rounds with them and they are still performing as well as the day I got them. People in these reviews are complaining about scratches on the face, and sure, mine are banged up a little bit after all that play, but they still clean up nice and hit the ball great. I barely even notice the scratches. If you're looking for a well priced, solid set of irons, I'd give these a swing and see what you think.

I am hitting my 5 iron the same as my 4 exotic. About 205 yards. You will need to carry a 52,56,60 wedge because these are so hot. My A wedge is hitting about 117-122. My PW is 145. Quite a gap.

These clubs feel and sound great. Ball flight when you hit the sweet spot is high and beautiful. But after one summer, they look 15yrs old. The scratches, dents, and dings that appear on these clubs is insane. The face must be made of the poorest quality. They look like IÂ’ve been hitting rocks and nails instead of soft-covered golf balls. I feel these are a very poor investment. I donÂ’t recommend them.

After a year of use I have mixed feelings, the performance has been overall good however I'm having the same issue with wear. These replaced a 10 year old set of tour edge irons and the wear is already much worse than they were after a decade. Other than an indoor simulator they have only seen range balls once or twice and are cleaned after every round. Definitely a disappointment to see that they are not as well made as a set less than half the price. I really want to like them but regretting not going with something else now

I finally decided on new irons after playing my Taylor Made Burners for over 20 years. I am brand loyal to Taylor Made and I settled on the M6 AW-5 set. The very first shot I took with them (6 Iron off the tee), the club broke at the shaft right below the grip. I was wary to continue, but I played the rest of the round sans 6 iron without issue. I chalked it up to a freak incident and the club was replaced at no cost to me after I contacted the distributor. I liked the way the irons played despite them looking very rough after a few months of play, as others have noted. This wear and tear does not bother me... what does bother me, is about 6 weeks ago, I hit my 5 iron fat and the club bent at the heel area. I took it to a local shop who contacted Taylor Made and Taylor Made refused to warranty the club. I really wanted these clubs to work out but its been frustrating and disappointing.. especially because I do like the way they play. I should also mention that in 20 years of play with my old Burners, I never had a broken/damaged club or any issue.

These clubs are long and definitely forgiving! I only had the clubs for 3 rounds and a range session. They are much longer than the cobra F8 i had. Way more forgiving on miss hits too. I ended up cutting them 1.5 inches shorter since, of course, im not tall and the toe was upward making my shots shape when i didnt want them too. After the adjustment they were straight bombs !! I always clean my clubs after every round. So Yes, they do look like i had them 5 years, but im not complaining what so ever like these other people. Its not effecting the performance of the club. If you think the scratches are bad, then you should probably find a different sport to play lol. Overall, they are amazing and i couldnt be happier!

I was fitted for a new set of irons in July 2020. I have been a faithful and wholly satisfied user of another manufacturer for nearly 20 years and expected to select that manufacturer again. My club fitter said he could fit me for that manufacturer if I wanted but if I came with an open mind he would fit me for the set of clubs that would suit me best. So I rocked up with an open mind and I was fitted for the best shafts for me then tried out 6 or 7 different manufacturers irons. The Taylormade M6 irons out performed all the others by a considerable margin. Great dispersion, great distance and I totally loved the feel. So it was the M6's for me. I've been a mid single figure handicap player for nearly 30 years and these irons are possibly the best I've ever had. I love them. I can shape the shots I want, they have great feel and are very accurate, HOWEVER, after just a couple of rounds the faces marked up horribly. It doesn't impact on the shots but they look awful. I can live with the looks for the performance BUT I am highly unlikely to EVER buy tailor-made irons again.

I'm a life long Taylormade user and fan of their products, but the quality of the M6 irons has left much to be desired. After just a few rounds of usage and some practice sessions the face of the clubs look like they are 5 years old. I will say that the compression you get on the golf ball is fantastic and the clubs themselves feel great! Overall the product plays like a typical Taylormade product (great), but the durability and quality has me rethinking the purchase a bit.

I bought these clubs two months ago, I upgraded from my Cobra F-max irons. Right off the bat I loved them, I was hitting further and straighter than I ever have. The only issue I had initially was the grips kept giving me blisters, had them replaced. After two months of normal play the face of the club looks like the clubs are 5 years old. The face of my old irons held up so much better than these have. Performance 5 stars Feel 4 starts Durability 2 stars

i got them and i really love them, they are so pure and they fill so nice. i would definitelly recomend them to any one, they are amazing. idk what else to wrtie and i still have to write cause if not its too short
