Previously owned Cobra F9 Max irons and these are made with such higher quality. Ball dispersion and distance has improved a ton. So much more balance in my swing. 10/10 would reccomend
I have been playing for only a few years and decided to upgrade my irons from Sim2 Max to P790s. Increased the loft by 2 degrees across the board to match the lofts on my Sim2s and have seen a tighter dispersion and equal distance. Am so pumped my game has improved and my score is improving with each round. Definitely recommend!
Because of snow covering our course the last few weeks, I have only been able to practice on the driving range a few times. That being said, I really like my p790 irons. I traded in new PXG irons to get the p790 with KBS graphite iron shafts and it was the right decision. Can't wait to get back out there. !
The 790’s are great irons. Good distance, forgiving, personally I love the sound and feel. Only thing I am not a fan of is the low spin, not to say it’s terribly low, I just prefer a bit more. Absolutely love the looks, they are gorgeous clubs. They say the 770 spins a little more might have to give them a try and possibly do a split set
Been a PING fan my entire golfing lifetime, but these P790s are absolutely awesome. I don’t see the need to ever go back to PING again.
Before purchasing my P790 Irons: I had purchased other top brand sets of iron and was not really engaged with the top view or size of the iron head. Did not realize that the aforementioned irons were game improvement irons thus the problem for me. The P790 are players distance irons and they are the best set or irons for top view, feel, distance, and overall superior results.
Clean and minimal look on these irons. I am a fairly new golfer and these irons carry both the forgiveness level I need and also the ceiling to get better.
Terrific irons they are easy to hit and look terrific - very clean and traditional. I would suggest that anyone in the market for irons should try them!
The clubs are beautiful. I love them. They feel great in the hand, they are weighted perfectly and strike with the best of them.
Great irons. Feel really good. This is my second set of Talormade irons and you cant go wrong. Just got a fitting and the p790s were for me.
