How to Enter: No purchase necessary. The entry period of the Taylor Made Golf Canada Ltd. (“TaylorMade”) Kyle Lowry Signed Headcover Giveaway

("Contest") runs from 4:00 p.m. EST on Jan 17^nd, 2024 until 11:59:59 p.m. EST on June 18^th, 2024 (“Entry Period”). To enter this Contest, users must read and accept the OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES (“Official Rules”), you must follow @TaylorMade_ca (Instagram) or @taylormadeca (Twitter, Facebook) and tag 1 friends in the comments The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter (the “Social Platforms”). The Social Platforms are hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to the Social Platforms. You may only use one (1) Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (the “Accounts”) to participate in this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada and over the age of majority in his/her province/territory. TaylorMade (the "Sponsor”) and its employees, parent and affiliate companies, their representatives and agents, as well as immediate family members (sponsors, parents, siblings, and children) and the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter this Contest.

PRIZE: There will be two (2) prize allocated to two (2) winners from all eligible entries into the contest across Canada. The prize pool consists of one (1) Toronto Raptors Headcover and one (1) Miami Heat Headcover. (all prizes included have an approximate value of $239.98).

DRAW AND ODDS: All participants who are enter prior to the end of the contest period will be entered into a random draw that will take place on Jan 19^th (“Random Draw Date”) at 12pm in Woodbridge, Ontario to select the potential winners. The odds of being selected as a potential winner of the Prize depends on the number of entries received during the Contest Period.

AWARDING THE PRIZE: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made using Instagram accounts provided at entry. TaylorMade will direct message winners within 2 weeks after the draw. Sponsor is not responsible for phone, e-mail or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within 4 days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

Before being declared a winner, entrant must (1) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question posed by TaylorMade and (2) sign an agreement provided in email by TaylorMade confirming compliance with the Official Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing the Sponsor, TaylorMade of any liability in connection with the Contest or any Prize. Such response by selected entrant must be signed when prize is received.

In the event that the selected entrant cannot be reached and has not responded within 4 days of the Random Draw Date, or if the selected entrant does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question or the selected entrant does not completed the requested information or the selected entrant is otherwise ineligible, another entrant will be randomly selected and the process above will be repeated until such time as a winner is declared or June 30^th, 2024. If by 11:59 pm EST on July 1^st, 2024, no winner has been declared, then the Contest will be closed and no further Prizes will be awarded. Confirmed Winners must claim their prize no later than July 1^st, 2024, failing which, the Winner will be disqualified, will have forfeited their prize, and will have no claim to any prize nor any recourse towards the Sponsor, or any party involved in the Contest and the Prize will not be awarded.

Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify a prize with (a) prize(s) of equal or greater value for any reason. Should a winner be unable to claim his/her prize or prize portion as awarded, his/her rights to that prize or prize portion will be forfeited. All Entries are subject to verification. TaylorMade reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to TaylorMade) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

The Contest Sponsor makes no representation nor offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any prize awarded in connection with the Contest. Prize winners understand and acknowledge that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from the Contest Sponsors should a prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to a prize winner.

GENERAL RULES: By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Contest and/or the Prizes. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, or incomplete entries and all such forms are void. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province/territory) and/or photograph without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in connection with this Contest. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be final. All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and shall not be returned. The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, their agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering this Contest and in accordance with the TaylorMade’s Privacy Policy (available at: www.taylormadegolf.ca), unless the entrant otherwise agrees.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, registration and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising and the French Official Rules; the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions. All entrants outside of the Province of Quebec consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario for any legal claims arising from or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules.

In Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

PRIVACY: By entering this Contest, all entrants consent to the use of their email addresses, names, city of residence, and/or photograph for publicity purposes in all media related to this Contest used by the Sponsor, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to Sponsors’ use of the entrants' personal information as described in Taylor Made Golf’s Privacy Policy located at http://taylormadegolf.ca/privacy/privacy,en_CA,pg.html

The Contest Parties, excluding the Sponsor, are not responsible or liable for any personal information collected during this Contest and are not administrators of this Contest.
