The third men’s major of the year returns to Pinehurst No. 2 for the fourth time and first since 2014. The Summer Commemorative Staff Bag, and the accompanying accessories draw from traditions that date all the way back to the course’s origins in 1895. Inspired by colourways and images synonymous with Pinehurst, the 2024 Men’s Summer Commemorative accessories pay homage to one of our country’s most celebrated golf destinations.
Take a look inside the inspirations behind this year's accessory line.

Designed for the most comprehensive test in men’s golf, this bag embodies the spirit of one of the game’s most storied venues – Pinehurst. The Commemorative Staff Bag showcases hues of green, sandy white, and brown that are found throughout the property. The "TaylorMade" font style on the side panels of the bag and the bag strap are inspired by the recognizable text of Pinehurst. An American flag is front and center on the front of the bag to represent our country's championship.

Subtle details commemorate both this year’s championship, and Pinehurst’s rich history. "The First Anchor" on the collar of the bag is an homage to Pinehurst being named the first USGA anchor site for all of its championships. Pinehurst is set to host the 2027 U.S. Women's Amateur, 2029 U.S. Men's and Women's Open, 2032 U.S. Girls' Junior and Junior Amateur, 2035 U.S. Open and 2038 U.S. Amateur.
"No. 24" on the side of the bag is for the year of the playing of this iconic tournament written to match how Pinehurst has named all 10 of its courses. The sundial on the valuables pouch is that of the sundial seen on the base of Pinehurst's iconic "Putter Boy" statue. On the base of the bag you can find the address to Pinehurst, while Adirondack chairs line the inside of the bag.
